Hi , yes I m a week late for my period, my discharge has been thicker, and every now and then I start to cramp but no period, I ve been having bad lower back pain and I vomited this morning, and I ve had two negative pregnancy test .... What could be wrong

Pregnancy depends upon the unprotected sex during fertile period of menstrual cycle from day 12 to 16.
Based upon your symptoms it is difficult to comment. You should get your hcg testing in blood after three weeks of unprotected sex. Transvaginal ultrasound scan is very helpful.
